Maj. (Retd) Ratnakar Bade is a military veteran with 26 years of experience in Business Resilience, Risk Governance, Physical Security, Crisis Response, Business Continuity, and Brand Assurance. He worked for the Indian Military, RBI, Nokia, Microsoft Vietnam, and Flipkart Group as Senior Director Business Risk Management till recently.
As a strong advocate of structured risk management programs, Maj. Ratnakar has always strived to make a difference to the security industry through his innovative solutions and dynamic solutions around loss prevention programs. His futuristic vision has always enabled seamless integration between human and technological solutions, keeping in mind the regulatory framework that companies follow. This has also helped him emerge as a coveted professional within the corporate, law enforcement and government domains.
Maj. Ratnakar brings on board core technology backed expertise in various security domains spreading across command centre applications, employee SOS applications, intrusion detection systems, logistics, etc.
There is no denying that he is considered as an industry veteran in matters of people safety, asset protection, investigations, crisis response, and business continuity, with his vast experience and knowledge on the subjects. His passion for the industry is also reflected in his work with OSAC Bangalore, where he serves on the Executive Committee and with TAPA-APAC where he serves as the board of Directors.
