The Process and Methodology
More than 150+ nominations were received. Among these, 46 unique nominations were shortlisted and were then presented to the jury. The final winners were decided by the jury members and jury chair Shekhar Dutt, SM, IAS (Retd), Former Governor of Chhattisgarh; each jury had an independent scoring system.
